The ongoing Police recruitment exercise in Anambra State received a significant boost today 13th March 2026, following the visit of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 13, AIG Abayomi Peter Oladipo, to the recruitment venue. This was contained in a statement signed by SP. Ikenga Tochukwu, Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra State Police Command.
During the visit, the AIG commended the level of organization and professionalism displayed by officers supervising the exercise. He also encouraged the applicants to remain orderly, disciplined, and patient throughout the screening process.
The visit further underscored the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to ensuring a transparent, credible, and merit-based recruitment process. The AIG emphasized the importance of fairness and adherence to established guidelines in order to select the best candidates who will serve the nation with integrity and dedication.
The Anambra State Police Command reassures members of the public that the recruitment exercise is being conducted in line with the directives of the Inspector-General of Police and in strict compliance with laid-down procedures.
