Anambra Police Commence First Phase of Easter Security Operational Order to Sustain Safety in the State

The Anambra State Police Command has commenced the first phase of its Easter Operational Order aimed at ensuring sustained safety and security across the State during the festive period. This was contained in a statement signed by SP. Ikenga Tochukwu, Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra State Police Command.

The statement reads in part: “As part of the operation, operatives have step night patrol and take over the public spaces to deter criminal activities and guarantee a peaceful celebration for residents and visitors.

“In furtherance of the operational strategy, officers have been charged to strictly adhere to the Police Mobile Force protocol of the triple “S” – Silence, Speed, and Surprise – in order to effectively prevent and respond to any security threats.

“The Command reassures Ndi Anambra of its resolve to provide adequate security before, during, and after the Easter celebrations, ” it also added.
