The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General OO Nafiu, has urged Corps Members to uphold values acquired during service year and remain committed to personal development. He stated this during the passing out of 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream 1 Corps Members. This was contained in a statement signed by Caroline Embu, Director, Information, and Public Relations.
The statement reads: “On behalf of a grateful nation and a proud Scheme, I congratulate the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Corps Members on the successful completion of your one-year national service.
“This occasion offers a unique opportunity to, once again, commend your resilience, patriotism, discipline, and dedication throughout the service year. We celebrate your immense contributions, which have made a meaningful impact across the country.
“As you move on to the next phase of life, I urge you to uphold the values you have acquired during the service, and remain committed to personal development and nation-building.
“I wish you success in your future endeavours. You will be missed and always remain part of the NYSC family. Nigeria is ours; Nigeria we serve,” it also added.
