The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, has presented 15 laptops to outstanding participants at the maiden award ceremony of the Digital Literacy for All (DL4ALL) initiative — a flagship programme designed to equip Civil Servants with essential digital competencies for a modern, technology-driven public service.
The award winners, drawn from three Ministries — Women Affairs, Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, and the State House — were recognized for their exemplary performance and commitment to digital excellence.
The initiative is a product of the collaboration between the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), aimed at strengthening digital capacity and promoting a performance-based learning culture across the Civil Service.
