The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced designated pick-up points for individuals wishing to obtain Go-Cashless cards ahead of the March 1, 2026, deadline.

Cards are immediately available at all FAAN commercial offices and access gates nationwide and will also be available at designated Fidelity Bank Plc branches from 16th March 2026.

FAAN’s director of public affairs and consumer protection, Henry Agbebire said the cashless policy aligns with a Federal Government directive mandating all ministries, departments and agencies to transition to a cashless system, intending to enhance transparency, reduce revenue leakages and improve transaction traceability.

FAAN has reiterated its commitment to full compliance with the directive and appealed to the public for understanding and cooperation during the transition period, noting that Go-Cashless cards will remain obtainable at designated points after the March deadline. The authority assured airport users that the initiative will promote faster, safer, and more convenient transactions across its airports nationwide.
