The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard M. Doro received a delegation from the United Nation’s Office for the Coordination of the Humanitarian Action ( UNOCHA) led by Danielle Parry. UNOCHA, Head Office. This was contained in a statement signed by Janet McDickson Noah, Director, Information, and Public Relations.
The meeting took place in the conference room of the Honourable Minister, the minister said UNOCHA and the ministry are in the business of helping the vulnerable to come out of poverty and related issues, he appreciates the UN for the partnership, adding that, his philosophy is: “Make a difference ”
The meeting which is a follow up meeting from the previous one is aimed at understanding each other before working on a Memorandum of understanding that can help have a good working relationship in the work of helping the vulnerable in Nigeria.
