The All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejoiced with Nigerians, especially Christian faithful, on this joyous occasion of Christmas. This was contained in a statement signed by Felix Morka, CON, National Publicity Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC).
The statement reads: “A commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ, Christmas is central to the Christian faith and symbolizes God’s infinite love, sacrifice and salvation for humankind. It represents the triumph of light over darkness and hope over despair. Christmas beckons on us to imbibe values of compassion, love, peace, unity, sacrifice, and shared responsibility as signified by the birth of Christ.
“As Christmas renews the hope of our salvation, may it renew our hope for a resurgent, more just, united and peaceful nation. May it strengthen the President Bola Tinubu-led administration in its determined effort to tackle challenges facing our country and uplift the conditions of living for our people. And may the spirit of Christmas fill our homes with joy and love now and in the new year ahead, Merry Christmas, Nigerians, ” it also added.
