Leadership is not measured by loud promises but by visible actions. It is not defined by what is said during campaigns but by what has already been done long before elections come into view. This is why, when Hon. Comr. Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu (GPM-GPA), popularly known as Delaw, speaks about restructuring and remodeling the primary school sector in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), his words carry weight, credibility, and proof. This was contained in a piece written by Pst. shedrack Evans, SA Media to Comrade Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu.

According to the piece, in 2025 alone, Hon. Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu has been at the forefront of intentional educational interventions that place students, teachers, and learning environments at the centre of development. One of such landmark initiatives is the Inaugural Students’ Symposium organized by the Society Well-Being Advocate of Nigeria (SWAN), an educational gathering that brought together hundreds of secondary school students under one roof to celebrate learning, reward excellence, and inspire academic ambition.

The symposium, themed “Encouraging Education by Rewarding Academic Excellence,” was not a ceremonial event. It was a practical demonstration of what leadership looks like when it understands that education is the foundation of every meaningful society. Students were engaged through lectures, interactive question-and-answer sessions, scholarship awards, and recognition for outstanding academic performance. These are not symbolic gestures; they are strategic investments in the future of AMAC.

It also reads: “As the Director-General of SWAN, Hon. Delaw has consistently shown that education must go beyond classroom attendance to include motivation, innovation, and opportunity. The two-term scholarship awards, gifts to students, and recognition of both junior and senior scholars reflect a leader who understands that when children are encouraged, they excel, and when they excel, society progresses.

“This same philosophy underpins his vision for smart schools and model primary education across AMAC. When Hon. Delaw talks about restructuring primary schools into learning hubs equipped with modern teaching tools, digital literacy, and improved learning environments. It is not political rhetoric. It is an extension of a track record already visible in action. A man who invests in students today is already preparing the council for tomorrow.

“What AMAC needs is not another promise-maker, but a builder with vision, a reformer with experience, and a leader whose actions speak louder than campaign slogans. Hon. Comr. Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu represents that leadership. His educational interventions prove that governance, when done right, begins with the mind of the child and the strength of the school system.

“As the journey toward a better AMAC continues, one thing is clear: Delaw does not campaign with words alone. He campaigns with results. When the future of education is taken seriously, the future of AMAC is already secured.

“Smart Schools. Smart teachers. Empowered Students. A Prepared Future.
That is not a promise.
That is Hon. Comr. Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu (Delaw) in action.
