The Federal Government has disclosed plans to set up cattle breeding centres in all six regions of the country. This was contained in a statement signed by Rabiu Ibrahim, Special Assistant (Media), to the Minister of Information and National Orientation

The Minister of state for Agriculture, Dr Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, explained this on the second day of the citizens’-government engagement and midterm assessment of the Tinubu administration, organized by the Sir Ahmadu Bello Foundation in Kaduna.

“The synergy and collaboration of the Ministries of Agriculture, Environment, Water Resources, Livestock Development, and the Blue Economy are imperative for delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda,” said the Minister.
