FMHUD Felicitates Permanent Secretary on his Birthday

The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has felicitated its Permanent Secretary, Dr Shuaib Muhammad, on his birthday. This was contained in a statement from the Director of Press and Public Relations, Badamasi S.
