Nigeria Commiserates With the Kingdom of Spain Over Flash Floods in Eastern Spain

The Federal Government of Nigeria has commiserated with the Kingdom of Spain over the flash floods that affected Eastern Spain. This was contained in a statement signed by Amb. Eche Abu-Obe, Spokesperson, Ministry of Foreign Affairs which reads in part: “The Federal Republic of Nigeria is dismayed at the news of devastating flash floods that struck eastern Spain on Tuesday, 29th October, 2024, claiming 158 lives and several others missing.

“Nigeria stands with Spain at this tragic moment and therefore conveys its deepest condolences to the people of the Kingdom of Spain while praying for the families of the victims,”it also added.
