The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has extended sincere congratulations to His Excellency, Lejone Mpotjoane, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations of the Kingdom of Lesotho, as the nation commemorates its Independence Anniversary.
