OHCSF, MFA Partner to Train Protocol and Information Officers Service-Wide

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is holding a 3-day service-wide protocol training programme to further enhance the capacity of officers engaged in protocol related duties with professional knowledge and skills required to improve their effectiveness in diverse settings. This was contained in a statement signed by Mrs. Eno Olotu mnipr, Director, Information and Public Relations.

The training programne with the theme “Professionalism in Protocol: Elevating Standards for Effective Service Delivery, is to foster understanding of international protocol, etiquette and effective cross-cultural communication, appraise and apply protocol best practices, standards and strengthen collaboration across MDAs

This initiative aligns with Pillar 1 of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) 2021-2025, underscoring the commitment to developing a highly skilled workforce and delivering world-class services reflective of the highest standards of professionalism.

Those to attend the training include: Protocol Officers, Information and Public Relations Officers and other support roles to VIPs across the service.
