The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Mr. Richard Pheelamilo Pheelangwa was Joined by Family, Friends , Colleagues and Well-Wishers to Celebrate the Wedding of his son, Mubarak and his Bride Kate on Saturday, 6th December 2025, at ECWA Goodnews Church, PW Kubwa , Abuja.
The Church Wedding Ceremony was followed by a reception at Evelyn’s Garden (Evelyn’s Hall), Gwarinpa, Abuja, where guests gathered to honour the couples Joyful Union.
