The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, has felicitated with the civil servants on this year’s Easter celebration. This was contained in an Easter Message personally signed by her.

The statement reads: “Dear Esteemed Civil Servants,

“I extend warm greetings to you all as we mark this year’s Easter celebration.

“Easter is more than a commemoration; it is a profound testament to the power of sacrifice, the promise of renewal, and the triumph of hope over despair. It calls on us to reflect deeply on the timeless virtues of selflessness, resilience, and unwavering dedication to service.

“As Public Servants entrusted with the responsibility of advancing national development, these values are especially significant. The spirit of Easter challenges us to rise above limitations, remain steadfast in the face of challenges, and recommit ourselves to excellence, integrity, and dedicated service to our nation.

“I therefore urge you to continue to embrace the renewed spirit of diligence, innovation, and patriotism that Easter symbolizes. Let us remain focused and work collaboratively towards building a Federal Civil Service that is efficient, transparent, and globally competitive.

“May this season inspire in us a deeper sense of purpose, strengthen our resolve to deliver quality service, and renew our commitment to the ideals of nation-building.

“I wish you and your families a peaceful, joyful, and blessed Easter celebration.
Happy Easter,” it also added.
