The Honourable Minister of Works, Sen. Engr. David Umahi, CON, FNSE, FNATE has invited all the Directors, Zonal Directors, and Controllers of Works in the Ministry, and Managing Directors, as well as Project Managers of companies handling the Ministry’s road projects to an emergency meeting, scheduled as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Conference Room, Federal Ministry of Works Headquarters, Mabushi, Abuja.
This was contained in a statement signed by Mr. R. O. Adeladan, FCIPSN, Permanent Secretary. The statement reads: “Furthermore, all Controllers of Works are hereby directed to ensure that all Federal roads currently under construction, as well as those already completed within their respective zones, are opened to commuters and road users throughout the festive period to facilitate smooth and safe travel nationwide,” it also added.
