BADARU CASTS VOTE IN JIGAWA LG ELECTIONS, COMMENDS PEACEFUL PROCESS

Nigeria’s Minister of Defence, H.E. Mohammed Badaru Abubakar CON, mni, has cast his vote in the Jigawa State local government council elections at his Babura Kofar Arewa polling unit.

Accompanied by APC chieftains, family members, supporters, and well-wishers, Badaru commended the electoral process, describing it as peaceful and orderly. He expressed confidence that the outcome would reflect the will of the people. This was contained in a statement signed by Henshaw Ogubike Mnipr, Director (Information and Public Relations).

“The Jigawa State Independent Electoral Commission (SIEC) has conducted a credible and transparent election,” Badaru stated. “I urge all stakeholders to maintain this peaceful atmosphere, ensuring the democratic process is respected.”
