The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has notified all media organisations that applied and completed the accreditation process for the Osun State Governorship Election that distribution of media accreditation tags will commence tomorrow, Monday, 10th August 2026, at 10:00am, at the Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Secretariat, Old Ede Road, Osogbo.
The exercise will continue daily from Tuesday to Thursday (11th–13th August 2026), between 9:00am and 4:00pm, at the same venue.
Media organisations that fail to pick up their tags within this period are advised to do so on Friday, 14th August 2026, at the INEC Osun State Office, which will be the last day for distribution.
All affected organisations are urged to take note and ensure their tags are collected within the stipulated period.
