The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, has launched a short television campaign series, tagged Tinubu Aviation Revolution Series, to highlight the achievements of President Bola Tinubu’s administration in the aviation sector ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The initiative is among the first campaign communication activities undertaken by Keyamo following his appointment as Director of the Directorate of Air Transport Mobilisation under the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC PCC).
The 30-second television campaign material is designed to showcase developments in the aviation sector under the Tinubu administration and communicate the government’s record to Nigerians.
According to the statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, on Saturday, the campaign material has been fully paid for and is scheduled to begin airing on November 1, 2026, across major television stations. The broadcasts will continue until a few days before the presidential election.
The series is expected to highlight aviation’s contributions to economic growth, tourism, trade, investment and international connectivity, as well as its role in advancing the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Keyamo’s appointment as Director of Air Transport Mobilisation also places him in charge of coordinating and facilitating air transportation for authorised campaign activities in support of Tinubu’s re-election bid.
