The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has reiterated its commitment to delivering greater value to Nigerians as it consolidates recent institutional reforms and scales partnerships in line with the Federal Government’s industrialisation agenda.
Speaking at the 2nd NASENI Town Hall Meeting, the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Khalil Suleiman Halilu, said the gathering provided an opportunity for staff and management to reflect on the agency’s progress and set clear performance targets for the year ahead.
According to him, the NASENI Town Hall initiative, introduced in 2024, has strengthened unity, open engagement, and shared responsibility across the agency systemwide.
“With the theme Privilege, we reflected on how challenges such as poor networks, obsolete work practices, and weak capacity development have increasingly become issues of the past,” Halilu said.
He expressed appreciation to stakeholders and staff for their support throughout 2025, noting that the agency is now better positioned to deliver measurable impact.
“I appreciate everyone who supported NASENI in 2025, and I ask for even greater support as the agency is now poised to deliver more impact for Nigerians,” he stated.
Looking ahead, Halilu said NASENI’s focus in 2026 will be on consolidating existing gains, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision for industrialisation and national development.
