The FCT Police Command is requesting members of the general public to assist the Police with any useful information that will help reunite the male child whose picture is attached to his family. This was contained in a statement signed by SP. Josephine Adeh, anipr, mipra, Police Public Relations Officer, FCT Police Command, Abuja.

The statement reads: “The child, estimated to be between ten and eleven years old, was found roaming around Works and Housing Estate in the Gwarimpa area of the FCT, dressed in a white shirt and carton coloured trousers. A good Samaritan found the child and brought him to Gwarimpa Police Divisional Headquarters, Abuja, on 26th January, 2026, at about 4:00 p.m., after efforts to locate his parents or relatives proved unsuccessful.

“The child appears to be unable to speak or provide any information about his family. Well-meaning members of the public with useful information are kindly requested to contact the nearest Police Station or call 08180382808, or the Police Public Relations Officer on: 07038979348,” it also added.
