The Honourable Minister of Works,His Excellency,Sen. Engr. Nweze David Umahi CON received in audience the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris at the Honourable Minister’s office, Federal Ministry of Works, Mabushi Abuja on Thursday, 9th October 2025. This was contained in a statement signed by Hon. Barr. Orji Uchenna Orji, Special Adviser (Media) to the Minister of Works.
The meeting, which was closed door, is part of the Renewed Hope strategic interministerial coordination and cooperation among Federal Ministries and policy actors aimed at building consensus on the implementation of the national development plan. The two Honourable Ministers held pleasant tete a-tete on policy and developmental issues central to government action and which require accelerated attention.
The Honourable Minister of Works is a result driven personality who combines personal abilities, passion, and professionalism with teamwork in the delivery of his mandate of office. He is a man with track records of excellence in service delivery who creates and fosters collaborative relationships in his workplace.
The meeting is one of the series of interministerial engagements that the Honourable Minister of Works has continued to host since he came on board.
